This Privacy Policy explains how Evorld (“Evorld,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, stores, and protects personal information when you visit evorld.com (the “Website”) or join our waitlist. By using the Website, you acknowledge the practices described in this policy.

We collect only the information described below, and only for the purposes stated.

• Waitlist email address. When you join the waitlist, we collect the email address you provide. We use it solely to contact you about the launch of Evorld.
• Signup date and time. Our database records when you joined the waitlist and assigns an internal record number to your entry. We use this information to maintain the waitlist.
• Technical request information. As with any website, our hosting provider automatically receives standard technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser and device type, the page requested, and the date and time of the request. This information is used to deliver the Website and keep it secure and reliable. The Website itself does not store or analyze it.

The waitlist form contains a hidden field used to detect automated spam submissions. Submissions that complete this field are discarded, and no information from them is stored.

We do not ask for, and do not knowingly collect, any other personal information through the Website.

Waitlist information is stored in a database hosted by Supabase in the United States. We protect it with the following measures:

• All connections to the Website use encrypted HTTPS.
• Your email address is sent from our servers to the database; your browser does not connect to the database directly.
• Database access rules allow new email addresses to be added to the waitlist but do not allow the waitlist to be read, changed, or deleted through the Website.
• Access to stored waitlist information is limited to authorized Evorld administrators.

While we take reasonable steps to protect your information, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We rely on the following service providers to operate the Website. Each processes information only as needed to provide its service to us.

• Vercel hosts the Website, delivers its pages and images, and runs the waitlist signup process on servers in the United States. Vercel receives the technical request information described above and retains it in its logs for a limited period under its own retention practices.
• Supabase provides the database in which waitlist email addresses and signup dates are stored, located in the United States.
• Google provides our email service. If you contact us by email, including to make a privacy request, your message is processed through Google Workspace.

If you access the Website from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States.

Evorld does not sell, rent, or trade your personal information, and does not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes. We disclose personal information only to the service providers listed above, or where required by law.

We keep your waitlist email address and signup date for as long as we maintain the waitlist, or until you ask us to delete them, whichever comes first. Technical request information is retained by our hosting provider only for the limited period described in its own policies.

You may request access to the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it and remove you from the waitlist. To make a request, email us at oytun@evorld.com from the address you used to join the waitlist, or tell us that address so we can locate your entry. We will respond within a reasonable time, and we may need to confirm your identity before acting on a request.

The Website does not use cookies and does not store information in your browser. We do not use analytics, advertising, or tracking tools, and the Website does not load scripts or content from third-party services. Fonts and images are served directly from the Website.

The Website is not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe that a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at oytun@evorld.com, and we will delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, for example if we change the information we collect or the services we use. When we do, we will post the revised policy on this page and update the effective date above. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
